Attn.: Mr. Daniel Kwee,

Re.: PERKIN District Jakarta Dog Show – August 14 & 15, 2004.

Dear Sir,

I would like to thank you and your Show Committee for inviting to judge the abovementioned shows. I am very proud and honored to be invited by your good office for the fifth times to Indonesia within the past few years. I would like to congratulate all of you for putting up a very well organized shows and the entries were very good with just 10 breeds.

I really enjoyed going over the dogs in the first day of my judging and giving critique to the dogs inspired under the hot sun. Ms. Jamie was fast and good in taking down my critique. As there were in big number of entries and have to finished the show in times, she have to understand what I said and be fast in writing down which is not easy. There is no ways or times for her to speak to me about which dog to put up. And you know, no one can influence me in my judging and it takes me years to build my credential.

The second day was very disappointing and disgrace when I was presented with a letter when I was about to start judging. I refused to accept the letter and asked what is the content. I was told to be fair with my judging and I told him if you think I am not fair please don’t show under me. They just merely want my opinion when they shown their dogs under me which I really appreciated it. But now the said letter has been an issue in the www.AnjingKita.com. and I am very disturbed with it. I have been judging for the past 19 years and have been invited back again and again to judge in many other countries. I have not come across any such incident.

I feel very strongly that such things should not happen to your invited judges!

Yours truly,

TAN OO HOCK
