De Maia Chihuahuas Kennel

De Maia Chihuahua Kennel is a home for any Chihuahuas! We offer love, hugs, and sweet caress to any dogs. We love dogs, so we breed them. And any litters we produce will never go to any home, unless we are sure that our lovely dogs will be loved by the new owner as much as we do.

In the middle of 2000, we bought our first Chihuahua, which is happened to be a long coat Chihuahua, Ame Von Hatari from a pet shop located at Gajah Mada area. She is a lovely dog, and we just love to see her with those cute and naughty attitude, and we thought, "What about buying one more of this cute and lovely breed?

And so that happened. We get our next lovely beautiful male Chihuahua, Cardinal Meet The Clarisso, from another pet shop.

Yes, we bought the foundations of our kennel from the Pet Shops, since we just didn't know where else to buy. So it just happened like that. But we never regret it. We know that our dog are exactly in the right Chihuahua standard! In the early January 2003, we get our first babies, Azura Shaina Thalassa De Maia and Aimee Iris Keely De Maia. We didn't know that having the babies were so much fun! And so we just fall in love more and more deeper to this breeding thing. It's amazing to see the whole things. From the moments they were born, until the every minute now.

We are trying to produce more litters by buying more Chihuahuas. We hope next year will be a better year for us. We expect to produce more high quality litters with Cardinal Meet The Clarisso (Lasso), the foundation of our kennel, as the sire of the litters.

Now, we already have 12 bitches as the mothers of the upcoming litters, and we are eager to have more. With 12 bitches, 2 stud service and also the lovely smooth coat male, Don Juan Loves De Maia, we really are looking forward to the better days! =P
